Martin's has been our go to for appliances for many years. Bought new refrigerator in June and I was pleased with Dave our salesperson as well as Alec and Eric Z who installed exactly to our specifications ( needed door reversed). They brought in mats to prevent carpet from getting wet as we had already defrosted the fridge the evening before and there were drips. Liked the experience so well that we just purchased new washer and dryer as well a new electric range from Derrick. He was great and showed me what I asked for and discussed the pro's and con's of each item. I was in a dire situation as washer stopped functioning and new one will be here in less than 10 days. Who knows, dishwasher and chest freezer may be next

I purchased all new appliances for a new kitchen. Matt and Hiram were exceptional with the delivery. Both were professional, pleasant and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were very careful and made sure all was completed correctly. Their training on each appliance was very helpful. They worked very well together. Great teamwork and very much appreciated. Dean, the sales associate was great to work with. He helped me choose all my appliances based on my needs and budget. He gave me suggestions on items that were helpful that I did not know about. Dean made sure my needs were met related to delays in construction of the kitchen so that appliance delivery was the easiest part of the new kitchen. Thank you for the great work and service.

I've bought several appliances through Martin's. All of the sales associates and installers I've worked with have been friendly and knowledgeable. The prices same comparable to other local appliance retailers. The thing I appreciate about Martin's is that the installers are their own employees vs a big home improvement store that seems to subcontract the installers. I've had a mixed bag of experiences with those types of installers. I definitely would purchased through Martin's again.

Noticed my freezer wasn't cooling properly. Called Martin Appliance as i always do when I need appliance maintenance. Jesse and Jordan were here within an hour to fix the problem. They diagnosed it quickly and got it working properly. Their quick response and efficient service probably saved about $500 worth of frozen food. Thanks Guys!

Martin's gave us 5 Star treatment once again. We needed a new washer, dryer and stove. Based on such good experience with the water department sales, installation & service we stopped in. Meet Dave whom was patient and very customer focused on what would work for us. 5 stars in the showroom by Dave. Installation of the washer and dryer(stove on backorder) by Bradon & Austin once was 5 star treatment. They explained what the process of removal and installation would look like. They were extremely careful of our home when removing and installing the new W/D. They took their time to inspect the dryer venting, cleaning and and making a modification for our safety and efficiency. Demonstrating the use of the machines was also thorough. Polite and professional all the way around. This business makes sure you know you are important to them !Stop in to Martin's, you won't be disappointed.

We recently had some Fujitsu mini splits installed by Martin Appliance. The entire process, from the initial consultation to installation, took less than 3 weeks! Travis and Jeremiah did an amazing job, installing our entire system in one day. I highly recommend Martin Appliance, they are competent, competitively priced, and great to work with. A+

Our glass stovetop was broken when a contractor accidentally stepped on it. I called Martin’s, and over the phone they helped me order a new top. Once the top was in, they called and scheduled the install. Jim came on time, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to do the job right.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do that! I have had the immense pleasure of working with Martin's Service Dept in Brownstown and their customer service has left me speechless. We purchased a home in Jan that had over 7 appliances in the kitchen installed by Martin's in 2006. Not only were they glad to help with all the model numbers and serial numbers that were difficult to locate, they had the staff to help me with all of my questions and concerns with ordering new replacement parts and bringing my appliances back to tip top working order. I wish I could give a shout out to everyone I have interacted with because everyone was always pleasant and just down right friendly.
